The following terms and conditions apply to all photography performed by DM Photo, unless otherwise specified in writing.

1. Payment in full is required on or before the day of service before photography begins.
2. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all images will be edited and available for receipt within 3 weeks of the date of service. When discs of digital negatives are mailed, the post mark date will be within 3 weeks of the date of service.
3. Final deliverables are post-processed JPEG images (provided on CD)
4. For sessions/events requiring more than a 25 mile round trip from McKellips & Stapley in Mesa, an additional $35 travel fee may be added. Additional fees may apply for travel beyond 40 miles.
